Client challange - Needed to locate very quickly to a new London headquaters office space within a very short time scale with a limited budget. Design and develop, fit - out and technology solution for the new office space, relocate entire staff. - PPUK We were able to very quickly create a list of prospective office space tender and manage the delivery of construction and technology, all within timescales and under budget.
Client challenge - The client was already engaged in the relocation of it's business to St Helens place, we were called into to review the technology Infrastructure. - PPUK A number of issues were discovered, these were rectified to ensure fit for purpose. Client challenge – In preparation for relocation to Canary wharf HSBC wanted to examine the retention of paper records and determine how to safely locate, store and migrate at the same time as relocating their business. PPUK – We were able to complete a business wide study of the documentation and developed a safe migration strategy.
Client Challenge – Develop a new UK / London headquarters building for 700 lawyers with the ability to expand provide a technology infrastructure that would embody new ways of working and mobility within the building. From minimal desk foot print to state of the art meeting room Audio Visual. PPUK – We managed the complete technology design, included as part of the client professional team. We were able to deliver a truly 21st Century building with the correct level of quality and safely relocated 700 lawyers across a 10 day period. Delivered on time & under budget.
Client challenge – Wanted to renovate & refurbish an 18th Century Manor House period property within a very tight timescale. PPUK – We were able to provide a number of costed options & pull together an expert trade’s team within days. The project was completed within timescales and budget; we were even able to incorporate a period expert interior designer to our project team. The project management of this project was both highly challenging and rewarding.
