With a very enjoyable and successful 20 year career as project manager, delivering various technology and property projects for many different clients, in the UK and overseas, I started to consider how I could help organisations get more out of project delivery, not just delivering on time and to budget, because that is good, but not good enough.

How could I offer a better service to the client? Something that was very different, an improvement on service provided by other project management consultancies that adds real benefit.
